We stopped at an aquarium in Maine (which, as a note, was infinitesimal compared to the gargantuan Baltimore Aquarium, which I had seen years before, and which I highly recommend), but as I was still out of film, I couldn't take any pictures of their myriad blue lobsters, ray-like 'skates' and small sharks that would enthusiastically lunge up out of the water at the sides of their aquarium at you.

So, the only marine creature I got to take a picture of was this partial carapace of a dead crab that I saw when we stopped somewhere on the coast of Maine.
