Part of it is about how the United States federal income tax was never even legalized. (But even if the income tax were legalized, it would still be nothing but legalized robbery and extortion, in my opinion. Just because it's the government stealing your money doesn't make it right.)
It also states that our income tax money pays for none of the services we get from government, and that all the money from our income taxes goes to pay debt and interest to something called the Federal Reserve. And, it states that 1913, Congress gave away its Constitutionally-granted power to coin money to the Federal Reserve, which, according to this documentary, is not even a government organization, but instead, a private bank.
So, it sounds like this documentary is saying that instead of the government printing its own money, debt-free and interest-free, the government gets the money from this private bank, the Federal Reserve, which then holds the government in debt and charges interest, and that's the only thing everyone's hard-earned income taxes go to pay for - debt and interest to this private bank.
I'm not sure I'm understanding all of it correctly, but that's what it sounded like this documentary was saying.
The documentary also raises issues like the untrustworthiness of electronic voting machines, possible abuses of futuristic technology, and other infringements of freedom.
This documentary is very interesting, and also rather scary in many ways. I'm not sure what I think of it all yet, but, it makes you think, and I consider it worthwhile to watch.
I think, though, that there should be a web page containing all the information contained in the documentary, so you can just scroll down the page and read it and learn about everything fast, instead of having to sit there for an hour and 51 minutes vegetating and slowly absorbing it.

I don't make money from having the below link here - it's not a paid ad or affiliate link or anything like that. I'm just a happy, grateful customer who wants to send one of my favorite businesses a lot more customers, and also help out my website readers by pointing out a great place to buy stuff.
They sell more than just new age books. (See the left column of their front page for an overview.) For example: books on saving the environment, politics/world affairs, self-help books, cookbooks, fiction, and much more.
They also sell things other than books, like jewelry, CDs, DVDs, Tarot decks, statues, incense, candles, etc.
